The Wayzata Yacht Club is a hub of dedicated, passionate sailboat racers nationally recognized for its leadership and growth of a preeminent, innovative regional sailboat racing community.

About WYC
The Wayzata Yacht Club (WYC) oversees one of the largest sailboat racing programs in the United States. Our Lake Minnetonka racing programs include over 65 keel boat races each season, conducted primarily in 22-25' keelboats, with participation of up to 130 boats for evening races.

The Wayzata Community Sailing Center (WCSC) is a MN 501(c)3 non-profit.  WCSC’s mission is to actively encourage all members of the community regardless of learning or physical ability, age, or economic situation to experience and discover the empowering benefits of sailing.  WCSC's outreach programs provide opportunities for children, teens and adults with special needs and in special situations to experience the joy of sailing in a fun and safe environment.   Being a good steward of Minnesota's natural resources and stressing the importance of good sportsmanship are important elements in every WCSC program.  Nationally ranked youth, high school and collegiate sailing programs also call WCSC their home. WCSC's motto is:  Sailing For Everyone!
